The Scrimshaw Lounge, whose name pays tribute to the exquisite art the old whalers have converted their old métier into, offers a more reserved atmosphere, perfect for more private socialising or meetings, and frequently assuming the shape of a piano-bar.

During the autumn and winter seasons, Scrimshaw Lounge hosts the Chill Out Evenings, an alternative ambient unique on the Island.
